Introducing Fortezza Italiana, the newest dining experience at Flying Horse Resort & Club. Intimate, contemporary, and full of character, this inviting new restaurant brings a fresh take on Italian-inspired dining to the Resort.

Inspired by the spirit of Italian hospitality, Fortezza Italiana offers thoughtfully prepared dishes, a carefully curated wine list, and a warm, stylish setting perfect for any occasion. Join us for a relaxed breakfast, a lingering meal with friends, or an evening of great food, conversation, and connection in a space designed to feel both elevated and welcoming.

If you haven't dined at the Fortezza, you are missing a great joy. The service and dinner selections prepared by Chef, were some of the best, we've had in a long time. Our waitress went above and beyond with service. She provided a very good description of the dinner selections, and what type of beverage would go best with that food. We really couldn't ask for a more personal interaction. Chef is really a step above. I really can't say enough good things about these individuals; you should go yourself and experience it. It's well worth it. Thank you so much!
Today was our first experience at Fortezza! It was amazing. The Mimosas and food were all fantastic and our waitress provided the best service we’ve had in a very long time! She was attentive and very kind. Hats off to the pastry chef as well!
